sorry DAMALA! it was my fault i'm now grounded and can't hang out with u 2mr.
27th dec.
i don't regret gg 2 the zoo cos i really had fun. having only gone to the zoo with my dearest cousins only 3 yrs back, it did give me a warm feeling to be driven back to all the joys of gg 2 e zoo. i started my day by eating macs at bedok with a friend and then proceeding to olps. the kids were already there so it wasn't long till we were assigned to a kid.
shaun and i were lawerence's facilitators and the conversations those two were cracking up was exceptionally boring to me. i mean, gimme a break, they were talking abt NCC stuff for crying out loud! no offense, but it just aint my thing. and that's how i drifted to lala land on the bus trip to e zoo.
the guys gave me ANOTHER nickname along the way. CHIMP. short for CHIMPANZEE. and this nickname carried over to even today at jp's hse. wonder what they'll come up with nxt.
anw, so i ended up joining jason and josh with their kids, janelle(purple tee) and APPLE(pink tee)!
they are downright adorable and mischevious!
i think there's just something abt kids that makes me feel like e world could be a better place.
from left : me, josh, lil janelle, jason and lil APPLE!we all headed back to olps church and i'll tell you, i'm an amatetur when it comes to martial arts. cuscus, jason and i had one-on-ones. my body still hurts after all the blocks and hits i got from them. everything went really fast and hard. but i'm not complaining cos strangely, it felt gd to learn how 2 defend urself and feel raw pain.
e best part of the experience was at this lil place where all e plastic balls are. you know how u throw them at pple and fall into that cushioned pit. yar, the zoo has those. the kids were playing. but cuscus,theresa,jason and me had our own version of CS. i freaked out when i threw my first plastic ball at jason and he caught it in mid-air and threw it back at me. stunned, that's when i started aiming the balls at cuscus and jason. we had a ball of a time(pun unintended!). cuscus came out laughing abt how much i sux at hitting him and i came out with a slighly swollen lip cos this kid hit a ball at me! GRR!
and i took the wrong bus hm and was grounded for a few hrs again. went to ruifen's farewell party at changi and took candid shots. here's a cousins' pic minus the australian chick.
28th dec
went to jp's hse in ang mo kio. he has 3 dogs! aww! a golden retriever, a husky(tat's balding so much at its tail tat it looks like a poodle) and a dalmation. i felt so sian. why? cos the guys were playing DOTA! blah blah blah. took a short hike ard and in e forested areas near his hse. and i went hm late. that's why i'm grounded for a day. sorry damala.
